Every life has a story, and I believe every farewell should reflect the person at the heart of it.
As a funeral celebrant and storyteller, I take the time to listen — to the memories, the little details, the laughter and the moments that made your person who they were.
Together, we’ll create a personal and meaningful ceremony that honours their life and tells their story with warmth, grace and care.
A little more about me
I’m the eldest of six and a former Registered Nurse. Caring for people and listening to their stories has been woven through much of my life.
Like many families, my own has experienced loss, and those experiences have shaped my understanding of the very different ways we each respond to death and grief.
I came to funeral celebrancy a little later in life, bringing with me a lifetime of experiences, a genuine curiosity about people, and a belief that the little details often tell us the most.
For me, creating a funeral ceremony begins simply — sitting together, listening, sharing memories and discovering the story of the person you love.

I’ve always believed that a person’s story lives in the little things’
It might be a favourite saying, a familiar laugh, the way they made a cup of tea, a well-worn chair, or a story the family has told a hundred times. These are the details that bring a person to life.
When I sit with a family, I listen for those little things. They help me understand not just what someone did, but who they were — and that’s where their story begins.
Training & Experience
I have had the opportunity to complete celebrant training with The Funeral Fix and am currently undertaking coursework as a Funeral Director.
I am proud to be welcomed by Kell Funerals in St Arnaud, where I continue to grow my knowledge and experience alongside a wonderful team.
